Proof,
not assurances.
Who agreed, to what, when, from where, and on what lawful basis — producible on demand.

Consent questions arrive at the worst moment: a complaint, an audit, a client offboarding, a regulator’s letter. Reconstructing it after the fact from form screenshots and export timestamps is expensive, slow, and unconvincing.
Every consent interaction is written at the time it happens as an event with a lawful basis, a source, an occurrence time, and structured evidence. Producing the record is a query — it was never something you had to remember to keep.
Consent evidence, in detail.
Events, not states
Requested, granted, confirmed, withdrawn, and migrated are all recorded. The history is the record, and the current state is derived from it.
Lawful basis on every event
Consent, contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interest is captured explicitly — the question a regulator asks first.
Structured evidence
Each event carries structured proof of the interaction, with an optional reference to the consent document that was presented.
Occurred versus recorded
When consent happened is stored separately from when it was written, so a migration or a delayed sync never distorts the timeline.
Migration is honest
Importing an existing audience records a migrated event with the strategy used, rather than silently claiming a fresh opt-in.
Scoped per brand and topic
A contact in two brands holds two independent consent histories. Neither can be used to justify the other.
