Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use SendNectar on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Your responsibilities
You bring your own sending provider and are responsible for maintaining permission to contact the people you message. Bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe handling is always enforced and cannot be disabled.
Acceptable use
No unsolicited email, purchased lists, or content that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that put deliverability or recipients at risk.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing in effect when you subscribe. You pay for what you orchestrate — active brands, contacts, workflows, and processed events — not per email.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance.
