SendNectar provides a multi-brand email operating layer. For personal data processed on behalf of our customers, the customer is the data controller and SendNectar acts as a processor.
What we collect
Account and billing details for our customers, and — on our customers' behalf — contact records, consent evidence, engagement events, and related data they choose to store in the platform.
How we use data
To provide the service: orchestrating brands, audiences, consent, and workflows, and delivering messages through the provider each customer connects. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
