Governance · privacy requests

Handle a DSAR
without a fire drill.

Access, portability, correction, and erasure — tracked to a due date, with proof of deletion.

Permission first. Every brand distinct.
Why it matters

Deletion you cannot prove is deletion you did not do.

A data subject request usually turns into a manual scramble: find the contact across brands, export what exists, delete what must go, and then hope nobody asks for evidence. Meanwhile the statutory clock is running and nothing is tracking it.

Privacy requests are records in the product with a type, a subject, a status, and a due date. Erasure leaves a tombstone that proves the deletion occurred, and a legal hold suspends deletion when the law requires the data kept.

Capabilities

Privacy requests, in detail.

01

Four request types

Access, portability, correction, and erasure are each modeled explicitly rather than collapsed into a generic ticket.

02

Due dates tracked

Each request records when it was received and when it is due, so the statutory window is visible instead of remembered.

03

Erasure tombstones

Erasure leaves a record proving deletion happened — the one artifact that survives, precisely so you can demonstrate compliance.

04

Portability through exports

Contacts, consent, suppressions, and submissions export as CSV, XLSX, or JSON, so a portability request is a supported operation.

05

Legal holds override deletion

A hold with a reason, an authority, and a validity window suspends deletion for records subject to preservation — including scheduled retention.

06

Brand-aware

Because a contact’s data is brand-scoped, a request can be answered for one brand without disturbing the others.
