Most questions are answered by one of four guides. If yours is not, email us — a real person reads it, and there is no ticket queue to disappear into.

Six things people actually need help with.

Contacting us

What to include so we can help on the first reply.

Your workspace name and the brand involved, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. If an error appeared, the request_id from it — every API error carries one, and it takes us straight to the failure.

For deliverability questions, the sending domain and roughly when the change started. For migration questions, which platform you are coming from and whether you have a suppression export. We would rather over-ask than trade five emails.

Questions

The short answers.

Do you send my email?

Delivery vs. orchestration

No. Your provider sends it. SendNectar orchestrates the brands, audiences, and workflows around your sending.

Will I pay twice for volume?

Pricing model

Never. You already pay your provider for delivery. We charge for the operating layer on top — nothing per email.

What happens when I hit a limit?

Grace, not gotchas

We preserve your data and active journeys, restrict only net-new usage, and give you a seven-day grace period to add capacity — after warning you well in advance.

Can I manage clients separately?

Agencies & studios

Yes. Every brand is its own workspace with isolated audiences, consent, and history. Seats let your team into exactly the workspaces they need.
