Pricing · compare

Compare every plan,
line by line.

Four tiers, priced on brands, contacts, active workflows, and processed events. Delivery is never billed here — it stays with your provider.

Annual billing costs ten months, not twelve.
Full comparison

Every allowance, side by side.

Sandbox runs in test mode so you can build and integrate for free. Everything permission-related is identical on every tier — compliance is not an upsell.

What you are billed on

Four meters, and one thing we never meter.

Pricing follows the shape of the product: the operating layer is what costs money, and delivery volume is not part of it.

Brands
Isolated workspaces. The primary unit — most people pick a tier on this number alone.
Stored contacts
Counted across every brand in the account, deduplicated per brand.
Active workflows
Published automation definitions accepting enrollments. Drafts and archived flows do not count.
Processed events
Provider events, form submissions, and workflow step runs in the billing month.
Not counted
Emails sent. Delivery is your provider’s bill, at your provider’s price.
Alerts
Usage warnings fire at 70%, 85%, and 100% of any allowance.
When you hit a limit

Grace, not gotchas.

You are warned at 70%, 85%, and 100% of any allowance — well before anything changes. Nothing is deleted, nothing is deactivated, and running journeys keep running.

At the limit we restrict only net-new usage and give you a seven-day grace period to add capacity. Compliance processing — bounces, complaints, unsubscribes — continues regardless, on every plan.

Questions

The short answers.

Do you send my email?

Delivery vs. orchestration

No. Your provider sends it. SendNectar orchestrates the brands, audiences, and workflows around your sending.

Will I pay twice for volume?

Pricing model

Never. You already pay your provider for delivery. We charge for the operating layer on top — nothing per email.

What happens when I hit a limit?

Grace, not gotchas

We preserve your data and active journeys, restrict only net-new usage, and give you a seven-day grace period to add capacity — after warning you well in advance.

Can I manage clients separately?

Agencies & studios

Yes. Every brand is its own workspace with isolated audiences, consent, and history. Seats let your team into exactly the workspaces they need.
