Your reputation,
on your infrastructure.
Own your reputation: your provider, your domains, permission-first by default.
Shared infrastructure means shared consequences.
On a bundled platform you send from someone else's IPs alongside everyone else's mail. When a neighbor's list practices go bad, your delivery rate pays for it — and you have no visibility into why, and no lever to pull.
SendNectar never sends on your behalf. You connect your own provider and verify your own domains, so reputation accrues to you. On top of that we score delivery, bounce, and complaint rates daily per domain, sender, and provider, and enforce permission structurally so the inputs to reputation stay clean.
Deliverability, specifically.
Your provider, your IPs
Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Brevo, or any SMTP host. Delivery reputation belongs to the account you control, not to a shared pool.
Verified domains per brand
Sending, tracking, and return-path domains are added and verified per brand, so authentication aligns with the identity you are actually sending as.
Warmup plans
Ramp new IPs and domains with daily limits and growth targets, building volume at a pace that mailbox providers reward.
Daily reputation scoring
Domain, sender, and provider reputation are computed daily from delivery, bounce, and complaint rates — so a slide is visible in days, not quarters.
Suppression that cannot be bypassed
Bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe processing can never be turned off, on any plan, by any admin. The single biggest reputation risk is structurally removed.
Frequency caps as protection
Layered caps per brand, topic, and message class limit how often a contact hears from you — fatigue is the quiet cause of complaint rates.
The signals you get, and where they come from.
Everything here is derived from provider events your own account produces — no modeled estimates.
